Hello and welcome to QMS Bootcamp.
During this course, our team of quality professionals will introduce the basics of a Quality Management System (QMS).
If you've ever heard the term "QMS" and thought it sounded complex or technical, you're not alone. The good news? A QMS is actually much simpler than it sounds, and it's something you're already a part of every day.
By the end of this course, you'll understand
- What a QMS is
- Why it matters
- And how it connects to your daily work.
You'll also gain the confidence to apply quality principles in what you do every day.
Learning Activities and Resource Materials
There are knowledge checks at the end of each section. These are not graded and are a low-pressure way for you to gauge your learning.
Schedule and Grading
This course is self-paced, allowing you to learn on your own schedule. Learners are responsible for planning their time and tracking their progress. Total course time can vary depending on learner, but the total online time commitment is between 45 and 60 minutes, on average. We encourage you to take time between lessons to apply your learning in real-world situations and practice your new skills.
This course is not graded. Knowledge checks are provided to support learning and understanding but do not determine if you pass or fail.
Feedback
At the completion of the course, you may have the option to provide feedback. Please be honest with your feedback. Candid feedback allows us to refine and grow the course to create a better learner experience.
Continued Learning
Our QMS training series includes courses for beginners to experienced quality professionals with courses such as "Why QMS struggle and how to fix common problems" and "Intro to being a QMS Process Owner". Please check our course catalog often as we are regularly adding new programs and courses.
