Description
This course is to assist you in the introduction, basics, and awareness of mindfulness and meditation. You will discover the difference between mindfulness and meditation, the ways you can meditate, and tools to assist you in your journey and process. Meditation is what you choose to make it. It is a unique process that allows you to become more mindful which gives you back your power and authority over yourself. First, we will break down the the definition of mindfulness. Then, we define meditation. Next, you will be introduced to the purpose that meditation can serve in your life. Then, you will be taught the diverse way in which you can meditate. Tracking your progress will be next on the lesson plan. Finally, I will share the unique tools available to download for you to have the ability to begin or further your progress. Meditation, in itself, is a tool that is simple yet expansive in the multiple ways of approaching, utilizing, understanding, and progression. By enrolling in this course you will gain the ability to take back the power of the presence of your mind. You will be able to have true authority over your thoughts, reactions, and distress in order to step into your sovereignty over your whole self.
