Quality sleep is as important to our body and mind as food and water. Studies show that you can only survive without sleep for 3-4 days before you start hallucinating. So having the best sleep is very critical in order to live our life to the fullest. If you know how to sleep well, you will know how to wake up well and you can fill your life with productivity and excitement.

In this course you will learn what is quality sleep and the definition of sleep hygiene. You will do a quiz to find out if you are having quality sleep or not. You will understand different stages of sleep. You will know that poor sleep does not only affect our body, it affects our brain too so you will get deeper insight into health risks of poor sleep. This course also includes sleep habits as per Dr. Breus. You will find out your typical type of sleep habits and learn how to plan your day based on those habits. You will learn about Cognitive Behavior Therapy [CBT] for Quality Sleep. This course will also touch on the meditation aspect of getting quality sleep and how it helps. Finally, this course also includes some resources for further studying and mindfulness.
