I am a university qualified nutritionist; personal trainer and I have also competed in bodybuilding with my last show being the Natural Olympia in Las Vegas where I won a bronze medal (bikini category).

How food volume can keep you satisfied and help you avoid cravings and binges. This is the key to a fast metabolism that burns body fat and allows you to eat a lot of food each day.
