We spend most of our days sitting, either at a desk, in front of a computer, in a car or on a plane - and as a result from so much sitting, our muscles and tendons shorten, we lose mobility, become tight, sore and tense. This therapeutic series increases the mobility and flexibility in the areas impacted by long periods of sitting so that we can live a life filled with movement and activities that bring us joy.
Each 30-45 minute class focuses on a different type of therapeutic techniques such as dynamic stretches, neuro-flossing and static holds. Every session will open and release tightness in the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, neck and back, allowing your entire body to relax and feel great after a long day.
