Welcome to Networking in GCP: Defining and Implementing Networks. The lecture you will watch in the first video in this course focuses on two Networking courses. Both courses provide you with a broad study of networking options on Google Cloud Platform and they are part of the Networking in Google Cloud Platform bundle- Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals:Core Infrastructure Networking in GCP:Defining and Implementing Networks (this course) Networking in GCP:Hybrid Connectivity and Network Management In this course, you will explore and deploy GCP networking technologies, such as Google Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) networks, subnets and firewalls through recorded lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on labs. The course also covers access control to networks, sharing networks and load balancing. Here are the modules of the course - Google Cloud VPC Networking Fundamentals, Controlling Access to VPC Networks, Sharing Networks across Projects, and Load Balancing. To get the most out of this course, participants should have - Completed Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals : Core Infrastructure or have equivalent experience including prior understanding of the OSI 7-layer model, prior understanding of IPv4 addressing, and prior experience with managing IPv4 routes. After completing this course, the next recommended course is Networking in GCP : Hybrid Connectivity and Network Management, which enhances your study of networking options on Google Cloud Platform with these modules - Hybrid Connectivity, Networking Pricing and Billing, Network Design and Deployment, and Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
