If you feel that rejecting others' requests is difficult, you are not alone. Millions of people around the globe face the same problem. Everybody sometimes has to make an unpopular decision or share difficult information. Our relatives Before yoften believe they know better what you should do, but... they don't.

You are in charge of your life and you are the decision maker who will carry all the consequences - positive and negative. Ability to tell them what is your decision in a competent way not only does not break your relationship but strengthens it. Unfortunately this skill is still rare.

Assertiveness skills (not theoretical knowledge, but skills) are in high demand both at workplace and in domestic environment. After all everyone wants to build long lasting strong relationships that bring harmony and joy to our lives. To learn those skills you will be asked to participate in multiple practical activities.

The truth is that majority of people lack patience when it comes to communication with loved ones. Instead of being assertive, either aggressive or passive approach is presented. It needs to be changed.

There are moments in life when we have to communicate a difficult truth to other people. This course teaches you how to do it in an assertive way that takes into consideration other's preferences. After that course you will be able to:

1. Share the difficult truth with other people.

2. Deliver your assertive decisions to your loved ones.

3. Evaluate given situation and measure attitude of other people and adjust your reaction.

4. Name your priorities and use them as a compass during assertive decision making.

5. Agree when you want to agree, do not agree when you do not want to agree and feel great with it.

Course is full of practical activities and real life examples that you have encountered for sure. There is a number of materials included that you can easily download.  Decision whether to join or not belongs to you. Before you make it do not forget to watch trial lecture.
