Description
My course is for any trader who has not experienced success.
However before I delve into my course please let me first introduce myself.
My name is Brent Penfold and I've been involved in the markets for over 35+ years since I joined Bank America as a trainee dealer in 1983. As a full-time trader I specialize in trading global index, currency and commodity futures. I'm a very active trader. At time of writing my InteractiveBrokers Trader Workstation platform is showing over 50 orders in the markets. I trade a portfolio of strategies that are both diverse and complimentary in their technique and time-frame over a portfolio containing over 32 markets. There is not an eight hour period which goes bye without a trade being triggered in some market, on some exchange, in some part of the world.
So in a nut shell, I'm not Educator masquerading as a "trader". I'm a trader first and foremost.
And please do not be put off by me being a "futures" trader. My course is not about converting you to futures. Futures is just my preferred instrument to trade. You will have your own preferred markets and instruments. I'm not offering my course to convert you to the markets and instruments I trade. No. I'm offering my course to encourage you to focus first on the process of trading rather on any individual market, instrument, technique or time-frame.
As I've mentioned my course is for any trader who has not experienced success.
Regardless of the market, instrument, technique or time-frame a trader follows, and regardless of their experience, my course is suitable for every trader who has been unable to reach, and maintain, a new equity high in their account.
If that's you, please read on.
My course teaches the correct process to trading, which has very little to do with forecasting tops and bottoms, picking winners, finding a perfect entry technique or discovering a magical indicator.
The correct process of trading is primary to success.
The market followed, the instrument traded, the technique utilized and the time-frame preferred is secondary.
So regardless of whether you follow forex, shares, interest rates or commodity markets;
Regardless of whether you trade shares, CFDs, futures, options or warrants.
Regardless of whether you study and utilize Candlestick patterns, reversal patterns, indicators, Fibonacci, Geometry, Elliott Wave, Dow Theory, Seasonals, W.D Gann or Astrology etc;
Regardless of whether you day-trade or prefer short-term, medium-term or longer-term trading;
Learning the truth about trading is mandatory.
All traders across all markets, across all instruments, across all techniques and across all timeframes need to learn, understand, embrace and execute, execute and execute the truth about trading to be successful over the long-term.
And the single reason why this is so, is the undeniable fact that over 90% of active traders lose.
Now there are very few undeniable truths about trading. And this is one of them. Many people attempt to trade and many people fail. Fact. Very few active traders over the long-term are profitable. Yes, they can have periods of profitability, however over the long-term they're not. The world of active trading is an unforgivable universe of disappointment.
Here's another uncomfortable observation. Many trading educational services, whether they be books, software/charting programs, strategies, podcasts, online e-courses etc have very little value. Yes, they can explain very well the mechanics of markets, who the participants are, who the intermediaries are, the conventions, the trading jargon, how to place orders and show picture perfect examples to demonstrate an idea of technical analysis, however they do not reflect the unforgiving and volatile nature of real world markets. They are so far removed from the truth about trading that their contribution would be better off categorized as diversionary.
So the majority loses. Regardless of a trader's conscious belief as to why they fail, whether it's due to their own anxiety or their own poor strategy, the result is the same.
They lose.
Regardless of their attempts to remedy their situation, whether it's reading trading books, joining trading forums, asking others for advice or attending training programs, the result doesn't change.
They lose.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
With the correct knowledge and tools my course teaches anyone can learn to trade successfully as I place the importance of process above and ahead of any individual market, instrument, technique or timeframe.
Who this course is for:
All traders. Both those new and experienced traders as very few know how to succeed over the long-term in trading.
