Agent Emilia (Kimmy Kim) is tasked with finding Iris, a monster that has escaped containment, hiding behind the appearance of an innocent woman. Tracking Iris's location to a public hospital, Emilia finds another agent already inside the hospital, confirming that Iris in the building. To make matters worse, Emilia learns that a nurse named Vera (Blake Blossom), who was in charge of Iris's care, is now currently missing.Infiltrating each room, Agent Emilia scours the building. She bursts into one of the patient rooms and makes a terrifying discovery; a human-sized cocoon. Emilia draws her weapon and orders the monstrous Iris to reveal herself. The cocoon opens and a monster emerges.Emilia freezes in shock at the mutated humanoid. It's Nurse Vera. Iris has transformed her kind-hearted nurse into a savage monster. Emilia tries to reason with Vera's human nature but there's nothing left. She pounces at Emilia, incapacitating the agent with her toxic slime. Spawning a slimy parasite, Vera commands the creature to invade Emilia's body, transforming her into a lustrous monster just like herself. Iris's influence begins to spread.

When devils lurk in the darkness, growing stronger as they feed on our fears, devil hunters are sent to exterminate these vile beings. Discovering the existence of a devil that gives birth to monstrous parasites hellbent on taking over human minds, a very powerful devil hunter (Octokuro), alongside her apprentice (Clemence Audiard), go on the hunt.They track the devil's location to an abandoned Manor House, splitting apart and scouring the building. The devil hunter comes face to face with the parasite devil (Amirah Adara) itself. Despite its threatening demeanor, the devil hunter shows no fear, especially now that her partner has arrived to back her up.However, the hunter's confidence shatters when the apprentice restrains her master, revealing she has been corrupted by the parasites. With the hunter left defenceless, the devil before her spawns a slimy parasite, penetrating the hunter's mouth and letting her parasite turn the infamous hunter into a depraved servant.

Ava invites her friends Melody and Emma to come to her bar where they can share a drink. Whilst Melody is preoccupied, Emma arrives at the bar, ordering herself a drink and listening to Ava's gossip about her workplace. Rumours about the building's old history, the chef's shady activities and a secret area known only as 'The Vault' entertain the two women. That is until they notice the chef sneak into the cellar.Following the chef's direction, Ava and Emma stumble into a stock room for the building where they make a shocking discovery. They open up a fridge door, revealing it to be a secret entrance to a dark chamber.Filled with rattling chains and barely any light, Emma and Ava find an ancient Korean ornament mounted onto the wall.The door suddenly slams shut, sealing the two women within the chamber. The Korean ornament begins to open, unleashing a slimy monstrous parasite into the chamber, causing the pair to panic in fright of the creature. It attacks Emma, leaping up her dress and burrowing inside of her pussy.Ava watches in horror as her friend loses her mind, turning into an infected monster of her former self.The corrupted Emma restrains Ava, giving birth to a parasite into her mouth and laughing as Ava becomes infected two. Giving in to their insatiable lust, the two women must compose themselves if they wish to get what they truly want; for their friend Melody to join them.

The nurse tries to comfort Susan, listening to her worries before supplying her with medication. As she attempts to grab Susan's medicine, the nurse witnesses something horrifying. A monstrous parasite. It leaps into her mouth, sliding down her throat and crawling through her body before it invades her brain, corrupting the nurse's mind. Susan can do nothing but watch helplessly as her nurse transforms into an infected monster. The nurse regurgitates a slimy tendril and slides it into Susan's mouth, pumping the parasite's fluids down the patient's throat. Susan's deranged nurse still intends to care for her, only now her methods are far more extreme and diabolical.

Agatha and Dolly, two privates stationed in a military bunker, give in to their sexual desires and make love to one another. That is until General Leal catches the two soldiers in the act, promising them that severe consequences await their return back home. The situation takes a toll on Agatha's mental state. She takes a shower, worrying about the punishment awaiting her, too distracted by her own thoughts to notice the strange creature slithering towards her. A parasite leaps into Agatha's vagina, invading her body and corrupting Agatha into a vile and lustful state of her former self. Dolly enters the shower room to console Agatha, unaware of what she has became. Agatha attacks Dolly in a violent manner, wanting to escalate their sexual experience here and now. Dolly tries to resist, prompting Agatha to regurgitate a parasite from her body, infecting Dolly with the very same corruption that consumed Agatha herself.
