Tina (Kimmy Kimm) has recently discovered she's a lesbian, but has to keep it a secret from her intolerant family, who would all but disown her if they found out. Luckily for her, college is on the horizon, so she'll soon be free to be herself without having to hide from those around her. One day, however, her stepcousin Marco (Juan Loco) comes over to visit and corners her in her room, asking to play Truth or Dare with her. She accepts, but is mortified when the game leads to Marco discovering her secret. Marco knows what her family will do if they find out, so he convinces Tina to keep playing the game or he'll reveal her secret to everyone. With no other option, Tina agrees to keep the game going, with the dares getting more and more sexual... until the final dare leads to them having full sex with each other.
