The sex takes place in a whorehouse. A couple of the scenes are stories that Juli tells to Mark. The plot goes deeper than just a whorehouse story, but I couldn't hear all the dialogue being spoken. Mark comes to the house and hires a girl for the entire night. After Juli and Mark have sex in the last scene, they dress. She talks about voting for a politician. As she goes to leave she tells Mark he can see the motorcade from the window. After she leaves, Mark picks up a badge she had dropped. He sits on the bed and ponders things as the film ends. Was he a hitman? I don't know. Does it really matter? I guess not. The tape had some anal sex and a few facials. Juli appears in two scenes, but I've seen her in hotter videos. Tiffany only performs in a g/g with Juli. It's not a bad tape, but not great either.
