The data backup is done automatically or manually by triggering the backup or synchronization job. Intelligent routines accelerate the backup process and thus reduce the data volume. This means that only changed or new files are included in the backup copy. In the case of synchronization, deleted files in the source directory are also removed from the target directory. Thus the data backup always remains up-to-date and in case of damage individual files or the complete directory can be restored from the data mirror without great effort.
