It works with system-provided share extension. So, you can get a direct link to media in Tweet from both [Twitter] app or Safari web browser. No additional copy & paste is needed.
It also supports automatic detection of link copy. Just copy the link of the tweet in [Twitter app], then [Tweet Video Link] will automatically extract a direct link to videos, animated GIFs and photos inside the tweet.
