Description
Our flagship "Bring Your Full Self to Work" workshop is an ED&I mainstay that helps introduce concepts that hinder employees from being their true selves in the workplace; it has been consistently growing in popularity since it's inception. That's because, once employees feel like they can present their true selves consistently, especially in the workplace, then they don't have to live in a duality that is often times psychologically harmful and hinders their growth and wellness at work. For a thriving workplace, you as an employer need to understand the blockers your minority colleagues face to being who they truly are at all times.In this course you'll cover core topics and concepts including, but not limited to:AssimilationAppropriationAppreciationUnconscious biasCode SwitchingMicro aggressionsFrom this course you'll get tangible tactics that you can apply within your organisation in order to bolster your commitment to ED&I and allow your colleagues to feel like they can truly bring their full selves to work. It is one thing to absorb and acknowledge these teachings, but it takes real commitment to ensure they are actioned and implemented so that their benefits can be seen across your organisation. Your employees and colleagues will understand that their mental wellbeing is of importance to you, that they matter not just in terms of what they can deliver in their role, but how they can grow and thrive as individuals.
