Health Break is a 'take a break reminder' software for long-time computer users. You do not have to test the limits of your eyes, your hands, or your sanity. Use Health Break to ensure you take a break during long days of computer usage.
Whenever the specified "work time" is over, a notification will be displayed. The software can also detect your mouse and keyboard actions; when you start using your computer after the specified "idle time", your "work time" will automatically reset and start over.
