Whats New:
Function: Support UTF8-format files without BOM markup.
Function: Version information has been added into system database to support automatic update ( available from next edition ).
Fix bug: An unnecessary error raise when instance list is empty and "OK" button is clicked in "select instance" form.
Fix bug: If "Skip to next database when error occurs" is not checked in options and error does occur, the last line of message in main log is not so exact.
Fix bug: "Select database" list in "select instance" form sometimes refresh delay.
Optimization: Optimize the prompt information of some forms.
Optimization: Improve interactivity when select instances.
Optimization: Add suggestion about SQL in help file.
Optimization: Adjust execution order of databases, now it runs alphabetically.
