PDF Rotator is a windows application permanently rotates PDF files 90 or 180 degrees clockwise and counterclockwise simply. With PDF Rotator, users are able to rotate PDF document pages properly, and the program also allows users to rotate pages in a specified page range. Besides, PDF Rotator is able to rotate restricted PDF files, and it supports batch mode so that users are able to rotate PDF documents in bulk.

The PDF Reader can rotate a PDF doc when you are reading it, but cannot save the PDF. PDF Rotator can permanently rotate PDF files and save it.

If you have PDF files upside down, you can use PDF Rotator to rotate 180 degrees.
