The Comsol team has introduce an update 4 of latest release of COMSOL Multiphysics. The last version 5.4 includes two new products provides performance improvements and additional modeling tools.
COMSOL has announced the latest version of COMSOL Multiphysics: version 5.4. The release comes with two new products, COMSOL Compiler and the Composite Materials Module, along with performance improvements and additional modeling tools.
COMSOL Compiler is an interesting new product that plays to the efforts to democratize simulation. It allows users to create standalone COMSOL Multiphysics applications, which can run without COMSOL Multiphysics or a COMSOL Server license. In addition, the latest version of the COMSOL Multiphysics software brings enhanced usability and new physics-specific modeling features, as well as the new Composite Materials Module for modeling thin, layered structures.
