GX Works3 - is the next generation of MELSOFT software for programming and servicing Mitsubishi PLCs.


The best in GX Works is inherited from the familiar to many GX Developer software developers. Its functionality has been retained and enhanced to speed up and simplify programming. GX Works supports the languages of the IEC 61131-3 standard.

The programmer can choose any of the five languages or use their combinations: relay-contactor circuit language (LD is the most popular), functional blocks (FB), sequential function circuit language (SFC), structured text (ST), and a list of instructions (IL). There is a hardware emulator for debugging and various on-line monitoring modules. The latest version of GX Works3 includes many new features, such as graphical configuration of the system, built-in configuration of positioning tools, a system design console that allows you to create projects and program new-generation FX5U and MELSEC iQ-R controllers.
