Bentley LEGION R6.5.3 | 298.4 mb
The Bentley product team is pleased to announce the availability of LEGION R6.5.3. Simulate and analyze the foot traffic on infrastructure assets that include rail and metro stations, stadiums, shopping malls, and airports.

About Bentley LEGION.   Bentley Systems has acquired Legion, a UK-based provider of pedestrian simulation software. Legion provides services for more than half of the 40 largest transit agencies in the world. The acquisition bolsters Bentley's modelling environment with collaborative digital workflows, allowing the company to explore different simulations of pedestrian traffic scenarios.

Legion's pedestrian simulation application provides modelling capabilities for people's interactions and physical obstacles and activities within public spaces, as well as vehicle interactions.

Making use of Legion simulation tools in collaborative digital workflows with Bentley's OpenBuildings Designer will enable architects, engineers and owners to consider pedestrian traffic in their conceptualisation of design alternatives.

The OpenBuildings Station Designer will offer collaborative digital workflows to completely model pedestrian activities and journeys to and from trains, platforms, and through stations.

About Bentley Systems, Incorporated.     Bentley is the global leader dedicated to providing architects, engineers, constructors, and owner-operators with comprehensive architecture and engineering software solutions for sustaining infrastructure. Founded in 1984, Bentley has nearly 3,000 colleagues in more than 45 countries, $500 million in annual revenues, and, since 2001, has invested more than $1 billion in research, development, and acquisitions.
