PortforwardCheck is a lightweight application that can simplify the way you verify the availability of your ports.

Simply type in the port number to check it
The program doesn't require installation, so you can decompress the archive and type in the number of the port you want to verify. Besides the port number, you can also select the protocol it was configured for and here you have 2 options, TCP and UDP. As indicated as a lower note in the GUI, if a response is received in either of the protocols, then it means that the port is accessible.
The application offers additional features for a more detailed examination of port forwarding. This includes the ability to input a public IP address and to choose a port check website and service.
