Pirouettes are one of the basic movements in exotic pole dance. If you ever danced ballet, contemporary or jazz dance - you may have meet them. But when we come to the pole - it differs a lot. In pole dance pirouettes are taking force for the turn mostly from arms. In this minin course you will learn how does it work - 3 basic grips and it's technique and all the possibilities next to it - leg work, different levels of pirouette and in the end we will learn 2 combinations based on what we have learned - the easy one and the more complicated one.If you get the right technique - you can do as many pirouettes in a row as you want!Most common problems in pirouette are - loosing balance, arms are stopping fom turn, no stability, not clear where how far to stand, not understanding difference of how to grip and regrip and when. All that will be solved and clear for you after this mini course.Suits all levels.
