Actran is a general purpose finite element program for modelling sound propagation, transmission and absorption in an acoustic, vibro-acoustic or aero-acoustic context.

-thin acoustic layer and narrow tubes (or channels) including viscothermal effects;
-visco-elastic solids, solid shells, thin shells and beams;

-linear and quadratic
