At some point in your life, you may be faced with a situation where emergency First aid is required. This may be at home, at work, or in the street.

Attending a First Aid course is the first step in gaining the necessary knowledge and skill. Keep this book handy at work or home will help to keep that knowledge refreshed and you prepared if that unfortunate situation should arise.

This training is to provide simple and easy-to-understand steps for dealing with everyday emergencies that occur at work or at home.
This is a basic course. You will cover 5 parts of basic first aid . Instructor will teach with full details of the RESCUER DUTIES , .VICTIM AND RESCUER SAFETY , PHONING FOR HELP , FINDING THE PROBLEM , AFTER THE EMERGENCY
This training is not planned to replace the need for qualified medical care but to provide that crucial information needed in those initial few minutes when dealing with unexpected injury or illness.

The full course will cover the following topics (Note that Basic course will cover only Section 1)

SECTION 3- BLEEDINGS AND WOUNDS
