Hike farther and recover faster! If you enjoy hiking or other outdoor activities, this series will prepare your body and help you recover with Baptiste-inspired yoga and restorative sequences.
Though this series was designed with hikers in mind, its intent is to prepare your muscles for prolonged activity and sooth them afterwards. The seven classes focus on stretching and strengthening the areas of the body most impacted by the trail. This targets not only the lower body like the hips, hamstrings and ankles, but also the upper body, core and back!
The sequences will build strength, balance and stability so your body is prepped between hikes and will help you maintain muscular endurance during the off-season. You will also focus on post-hike recovery by relieving tension with slower, restorative sequences.
