Welcome to this beginner's communication course.When I was a student at school I was shy, and quiet and didn't put myself forward to answer questions ( I know it's hard to believe....as I am a Teacher, Coach & Therapist now..... but it's true) I didn't have the confidence to speak up or put myself in the spotlight.If this sounds like you, then this course is for you.
