We take a look at your knee and complete a biomechanical assessment - allowing you to tailor the program to YOUR knee and needs. Then we begin a carefully designed exercise program designed to strengthen without making your knee more painful. This program is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. You move through the program at your own pace and to a level that suits your personal needs and goals - that maybe walking to the shop or playing tennis.
