But watching each moment as it is it's not a matter of effort but on the contrary, of easiness. How much effort you put in, in order to blink? It is the same with watching the moment. And it is not at all a matter of practice. Forget it. But only an obvious realisation which is really under your nose that you can just pay attention each moment: to each moment. A realisation which makes you as free as it is humanly possible.You are awake when you don't believe in anything but living your highest from moment to moment. And you are living your highest when you are with your attention into this moment. There is no place for thought, there is no place for anger, there is no place for falling into stories, there is no place for anything which is againgst your spirit. But only the manifestation of a free spirit into the body.When you have the attention into this moment, You are free.In this course you will entirely understand what this kind of attention is about and therefore you will take it with you in your daily life.
