When someone says their life is good, it means that they can access the basic things that give them meaning, purpose, comfort, and pleasure.A good life is a combination of the experience of goodness in different areas. So when you have a good life, it can be said that you are healthy, happy, pleased, blessed, and have a good reputation.In this course, I share my personal experiences and lessons I have learned during the course of my life. This class is by no means a fool-proof manual on how to live the good life or attain perfect happiness.This class rather serves as a guide.
