They are sukun(which means being silence in Arabic), shaddah (which means the letter will pronounce and will be written twice), tanvins(which  means the words will end with <N> letter), ash shamsiyya  va - l - gamariyya letters, diphthongs, some letters which extends vowels  in Arabic(which means we will pronounce vowels with extend them). At the end we will start to read Arabic texts and  try to apply rules that we already learnt.
