Richard Douieb is the pioneer of Krav Maga in Europe. In 1987, at the request of Imi Lichtenfeld, he opened the first school in France and thus in Europe. Imi Lichtenfeld is the founder of Krav Maga.Richard Douieb was President of the Fédération Européenne de Krav-Maga until January 2019 and has since been succeeded by his student Steve Schmitt.Today, under the chairman Steve Schmitt, the FEKM is the largest Krav Maga association in the world. To date, the FEKM is the best structured association to which most licensees belong.Krav Maga is an effective Israeli self-defense system that primarily uses punching and kicking techniques, but also includes grip techniques, locks and ground fighting.Weapon training is also part of Krav Maga.This film presents the technical program required to graduate the green belt of Krav-Maga.Richard Douieb gives new explanations on stances, strikes, and defenses.With his experts, he also reveal the official program updated, with new parts deeply explained, including defenses against body grip and ground techniques.This first film concludes the first part of Krav-Maga's practice.Learn Krav Maga from the best teachers in the world right from the start.
