DFMPro is a Design for Manufacturability and Assembly softwaredeveloped by HCL Technologies Ltd. It is fully integrated within NX, a parameter design, direct solid, and surfacemodeling software by Siemens. DFMPro for NX allows designers to check their designs for manufacturability and assembly within NX software. It further enables the optimization of designs by suggesting corrective steps that need to take at various stages of the iterative design phase.
