The Microsoft development team is pleased to announce the availability of Windows 10 version 1909 (19H2) build 18363.1139. This build includes all of the latest 19H2 features as well as the latest fixes included as part of KB4577671.

Highlights
- Updates to improve security when using Microsoft Office products.
- Updates for verifying usernames and passwords.
- Updates to improve security when Windows performs basic operations.

Improvements and fixes
This security update includes quality improvements. Key changes include:
- Addresses an issue with a possible elevation of privilege in win32k.
- Addresses an issue with the Group Policy service that might recursively delete critical files in alphabetic order from %systemroot%\system32. This issue occurs when a policy has been configured to delete cached profiles. These file deletions might cause stop error "0x5A (CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED)" boot failures.
- Addresses an issue with creating null ports using the user interface.
- Security updates to Windows App Platform and Frameworks, Microsoft Graphics Component, Windows Media, Windows Shell, Windows Cloud Infrastructure, Windows Fundamentals, Windows Authentication, Windows Virtualization, Windows Kernel, and Windows Storage and Filesystems.

Microsoft released Windows 10's November 2019 Update, codenamed 19H2, on November 12. Also known as Windows 10 version 1909, this is the smallest, quickest Windows 10 Update yet. It's practically just a service pack.

Microsoft's John Cable explains that this update "will be a scoped set of features for select performance improvements, enterprise features, and quality enhancements." In other words, expect a select set of bug fixes, performance tweaks, and a handful of business features.
