Flotherm XT is a unique, award-winning thermal simulation solution combining the DNA of market-leading Simcenter Flotherm thermal analysis software with concurrent computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology from Simcenter FloEFD. The FLOEDA Bridge module offers an easy-to-use and intuitive direct interface to Mentor Xpedition, while ODB++ and IPC2581 formats support Cadence, Zuken and Altium; thus, helping you save time by using existing EDA data regardless of how the original design was created.
