GibbsCAM is an automated program preparation system for CNC machines that combines ease of use and functional power. The basic functionality of the system can be expanded by adding specialized modules.


An intuitive user interface provides easy access to functions for managing geometry, tools, paths, verification and post-processing. Flexible programming methods allow you to quickly create optimal processing programs. Debugged processing can be saved and re-applied using the knowledge base. The modeling functions help to prepare the geometry for the needs of processing through the creation of frame, surface and solid geometry. The built-in mechanism for simulating material removal accurately reflects the entire process of processing, showing both the change in the geometry of the workpiece over time and all possible collisions. The result of the calculation can be compared with the original geometry of the model, finding material residues or notches. The full associativity between the geometry, process parameters and trajectories allows you to quickly change the model and processing parameters and automatically obtain the adjusted trajectories.
