You will learn how to use the Cold Press Method to create your essential oils, such as Orange Essential Oil. Some of the oils included in this 7-video lecture course include Red Mandarin, Silver Fir, Helichrysum, Ho Wood, Petitgrain, and Sunpati. The application of essential oils to your skin includes specific recipes for you to follow. The layering technique massage for back pain is explained including which essential oils should be used.
