Using Service Security Editor is truly simple, once you have launched it, you are provided with an uncomplicated window with a drop-down menu that lists all services on your machine. You can select one from that list and open it. From there it brings you to a permissions window where you can choose the permissions to allow or deny. When you are satisfied with your selections, hit OK and then on the main interface window hit done. This tool can be used for either your home or work network systems and can be tailored to offer the same permissions to multiple users by adding them all to the same group which will expedite the job or for simply restricting your child from specific apps.
