With the Softwarenetz program for receipts you can create you own receipts fast and simple. You no longer need your receipt block. The program fills out most of the entry fields automatically (VAT, net amount, amount in words, date...), other fields can be filled with default values (e.g. place, description) so you only need to fill out these fields manually if necessary. After entering the amount, either net or gross, the program will display the amount 'in words' automatically.

Company stamp
If you wish you can print your company stamp onto the receipt. You can apply a graphical file or enter just text. You can create as many company stamps as you like. Just select the suitable stamp with a click of the mouse before you print it.

Blank receipts
It is possible to print blank receipt with or without company stamp which you can fille out by hand afterwards.

Reports and export functions
All receipts are saved automatically and can be displayed or printed at any time. You can print a list of receipt over a free selectable period. This list can also be exported as a CSV-file so you can use it for other programs.

PDF-receipts per e-mail
With just a click of the mouse you can save receipts as PDF-document or send it directly per e-mail.

Compatible with Cash Book
In connection with the Softwarenetz Cash Book, you are able to print a receipt directly after entering a booking into the Cash Book.
