The CRANEWAY development team is pleased to announce the availability of CRANEWAY 8.25.02 . This program analyzes craneway girders according to: EN 1993‑6:2008‑09 (Eurocode 3), DIN 4132:1981‑02 and DIN 18800:1990‑11. In the case of design according to EN 1993‑6, you can optionally select the crane type (bridge or suspension crane).

CRANEWAYexpands DLUBAL'S product range by the crane runway girder design. Thanks to the well-known user-friendliness of Dlubal programs, you can carry out even complicated analyses according to EN 1993-6, DIN 4132, and DIN 18800 in an easy and comprehensible way.The crane runway girder is specified in the CRANEWAY module. Based on the defined loadings, the program creates load cases that are combined in load positions. Each load position results in three load combinations. Each load combination is calculated with three loading levels in order to determine the internal forces for the general stress design, the deformation analysis, or the fatigue design. The internal forces are determined according to the second-order analy-sis for warping torsion. With these calculated internal forces, CRANEWAY provides the appro-priate analyses according to EN 1993-6, DIN 4132, or DIN 18800

Minimum System Requirements
The following system requirements are recommended in order to use Craneway without any difficulties:

- Operating system Windows XP/Vista/7/8
- x86 CPU with 2 GHz
- 2 GB RAM
- DVD-ROM drive for installation (alternatively a network installation is possible)
- 10 GB hard disk capacity, including approximately 1 GB required for installation
- Graphic card with OpenGL acceleration and resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. Onboard solutions and shared-memory-technologies are not recommended.
