eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter is a handy tool that makes it as straightforward as possible for you to convert email data from IBM Notes database files to formats that are supported by Microsoft Outlook.
Simply put, this useful converter allows you to transfer all the data from NSF files (including emails, contacts, tasks, calendars, to-dos, etc.) to PST, EML, MSG and even HTML formats.
Requires the presence of IBM Notes
Having said that, in order to use this application you are required to make sure that IBM Notes is present on your computer's system. Please note that both the aforementioned application needs be properly configured.
Other than that, the installation process of the application itself is quite straightforward and, thanks to a typical wizard, it should pose no problems whatsoever.
Simple layout, straightforward conversion options
Since it's an email conversion app, it should come as no surprise the fact that its layout and UI strongly resemble that of most email utilities out there. That said previewing the structure as well as the actual contents of your NSF files is something that requires no advanced computer knowledge.
You are provided with multiple export options, as mentioned in the first part of this review but there a few extra features worth discussing. For example, you can split the PST files, quite useful for situations when PST files turn out to be bigger than various storage units. In addition, the application also makes it possible for you to export the contacts to CSV files.
