- Facebook: Added messaging to communicate Facebook changes to permissions for third-party software. Facebook sharing, contact lists, and check-in locations are not currently available in PaintShop Pro
- Find People: The Find People feature is no longer available. Please note that all existing People tags are preserved and you can continue to tag people manually
- Window menu: Restored open document list to the bottom of the menu
- Text presets: Resolved unconstrained gradient issue
- Exporting: Resolved file overwriting issue
- Crop: Floating Crop toolbar now available in Cascade window mode
- Crop tool: Fixed display issues that occurred after applying Crop As New Image
- 360 Photo: Mouse wheel now allows zooming
- 360 Photo: Resolved refresh issue related to opening the 360 Photo window

- Printing: Fixed stability issue that occurred when printing a contact sheet

- Selections: Resolved stability issue that occurred when pasting a selection on a mask
- Combine from CMYK: Resolved issues for images that were split to CMYK colors and then recombined
- Crop tool: Default settings changed-Enhance Photo options on the floating toolbar are turned off by default
- Documents using Index colors (2/16/256) are no longer converted to RGB 8-bit/channel when cropped
- Sample files: Corrected path issue that prevented default display of sample images (Windows 10 RS 5)
