What's New:
Windows 10 cumulative update KB4492978 increases the OS build number to 17763.349, and although there are no details available right now, I believe Microsoft is trying to experiment with a number of non-security fixes that could be shipped to everyone at a later time.
The software giant is projected to publish new cumulative updates next week as part of the March 2019 Patch Tuesday cycle, and there's a chance that the fixes that are being tested here would be included as well.
However, it's worth noting that the next-week release will be entirely focused on security improvements, though other smaller refinements and bug fixes will obviously be included as well.
