Again, thinking is used everyday and all the time. Therefore, these skills are not only applicable to academics but every else as well. The course covers low order thinking (LOTS) and high order thinking skills (HOTS) as well as reasoning and its types. It goes on to problem solving and decision making. It moves to more advanced concepts like creative thinking and critical.
