Whats New:Notes:
Due to incompatibility issues, the previous font settings and color scheme settings you might have set
in FRSTimeTrack are not transferred to this new version, so you will have to re-set those up again, if so
desired.
Fixed:
* If most of the files referenced in the "Invoice/Payment File" column of the "Invoices" window
were pointing to a folder that no longer exists (e.g. you have moved all your receipt files to a
different drive or directory), then FRSTimeTrack did not allow the selection of the new folder
(clicking the folder icon in the drop-down selection list did nothing).
* The invoice's notes, set in the "Invoices" window, weren't shown in the invoice, and therefore
also not printed.
Changed:
* The Debits and Credits shown on invoices are no longer subject to whatever sales tax rate is set,
if any, because taxes may not apply to those, and you can incorporate the tax value into those, if
they do happen to apply.
* Renamed the menu command "FRSTimeTrack | History" to "FRSTimeTrack | Version History",
to launch the new Version History PDF file that documents all the changes made to
FRSTimeTrack over the years.
* Renamed the menu command "Projects| Information..." to "Projects | Update...".
* If some or all of the files selected in the "Invoice/Payment File" column of the "Invoices"
window no longer exist (e.g. you moved some or all of your receipt files to a different drive or
folder), selecting one of the invoices' file in the new folder now triggers an automatic check to
see if any of the other invoices' receipt files can also be found in that new folder.
* The various windows and the main "How-to" menu's Documentation Center texts have been
reviewed and updated where needed.
Added:
* The main window's "Fee" column, which represents a fixed fee charge to the client or project.
These are accounted for in the invoices, if they are flagged as "billable".
* The main window's "Taxable?" column, which allows you to flag individual task entries as
needing to have sales tax applied for them. Note that if the "Tax Rate" percentage in the
Invoices window is not set or set to zero, a taxable check-mark set in the main window is not
applied, of course.
* "FRSTimeTrack | Windows Desktop Shortcut", to add or remove the Windows Desktop shortcut
to FRSTimeTrack.
* "FRSTimeTrack | Window Start-up Shortcut" to add or remove the Windows Start-up folder's
entry for FRSTimeTrack (to enable launching the application when you log into Windows).
