My name is Teresa Johnson I am a certified Nutrition coach, Personal Trainer, and formerly obese individual turned ultra marathon runner. I spent most of my life being worried about my weight. This course is all of my "hacks" of how I went from my unhealthiest self to my healthiest self both in mind and body.My hope is to help to break the cycle that it took me almost my entire life to break.
