Our HIIT weight-loss challenge can be done anywhere, in your home, in a hotel room while you travel, in a park, on the beach. It is only 20 minutes per day. So there is no excuse for not having time or space. Most important it is a complete bodyweight training exercise. So no fancy gym equipment is needed.
