The course is designed to help you develop effective communication skills. Here, you will be able to explain transactional analysis. You will understand emotional intelligence and be able to apply it in handling day-to-day activities.. You will understand and be able to explain attitudinal change and business ethics. The course assists you develop assertiveness skills.The course starts by introducing you to Public Relations (PR), what makes up PR practice, the relationship of public relations with other disciplines and the meaning of interpersonal relations. In the course, you will learn how to develop interpersonal relations skills, apply the principles to everyday life and the concepts to management, identify customer's needs based on the products and services on offer. You will be able to identify different types of customers and how to manage each type of customers. You will learn how to manage difficult customers.Here, you will be able to identify communications methods and the use of communication tools. You will learn how to use and manage communications effectively and its several modes. You will also be able explain what Transactional Analysis is, approaches to Transactional Analysis, the use of TA in analyzing relationships.
