Our flagship "Bring Your Full Self to Work" workshop is an ED&I mainstay that helps introduce concepts that hinder employees from being their true selves in the workplace; it has been consistently growing in popularity since it's inception. That's because, once employees feel like they can present their true selves consistently, especially in the workplace, then they don't have to live in a duality that is often times psychologically harmful and hinders their growth and wellness at work.
