This series connects mind and body by creating a moving meditation. We'll combine Vinyasa flows with stacked movements to open your body and deepen your practice!

Each of the four 30-minute classes are full-body flows, but each has a specific emphasis whether it's legs, core, arms or balance. You'll be challenged by moving non-stop, but energized by connecting your breath to your movements!

These are the flows that I incorporate into my personal practice, and I'm so happy to share them with you!
